  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding the sales target for France.
  • Increase market penetration with Major Accounts team
  • Lead  the channels team in the development of the sales channel, enhancing the performance of the current partners and extending the market coverage through additional partners
  • Build strong engagement and relationship with clients, the sales team and the pre-sales team by executing go to market programs and through Account Mapping and Planning.
  • Manage pipeline generation and accurate forecasting including new solutions, projects, renewals and refresh.
  • Push Security checkups and POCs to empower direct touch relation.
  • Contribute to increase Check Point awareness in the market place, through direct contacts with Large Accounts, Technology Consultants, Specialized Press and by active presence in Trade Shows and Check Point organized Seminars. Be the brand ambassador of Check Point in Denmark.
  • Develop local market intelligence and competitive take-out.
  • Develop and coach all sales staff under your supervision.
Desired Background
  • At least 8-10 years of successful experience in IT enterprise sales and channel sales.
  • Proven leadership on sales and channel management and recruitment.
  • Possess business acumen and is process driven.
  • Has a good understanding of the IT Security market – of competitors, solutions and trends.
  • Result oriented and action driven.
  • Good track record in team management
