- Provide CRM solutions to our global support organization
- Design, development and support on Salesforce platform
- Work closely with business owners and IT engineers to constantly improve productivity and efficiency
- B.A in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems.
- 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud (case routing, email-to-case, queues, escalation, assignment rules, service console, omni-channel etc.)
- Salesforce Service Cloud Administration certification
- Lightning experience is an advantage.
- Self-driven and capable of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- High orientation to details
- Fluent in English
