Desired Background
  • B.A in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud (case routing, email-to-case, queues, escalation, assignment rules, service console, omni-channel etc.)
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Administration certification
  • Lightning experience is an advantage.
  • Self-driven and capable of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • High orientation to details
  • Fluent in English
