We are looking for full-time or part-time Order Management Coordinators to be the backbone of Check Point's entire Sales Admin department, distributors, partners and several internal departments in an effort to help drive growth.

The excellent Order Management Coordinator is dedicated to all forms of order processing. This will include various complexities of orders and special processes. The individual is independent and has strong self-learning abilities, an eye for detail and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing orders for Check Point products using SAP-ERP system while making sure business guidelines are followed.
  • Coordinate with other Check Point departments in Israel and abroad.

Qualifications

  • Very Good English & Hebrew (read & write) along with excellent customer service skills
  • Good ability to adapt to a technological environment
  • Highly organized & detail oriented with the ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to multi-task & perform in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Flexible hours – availability to work in shifts
  • Experience in administration \ data entry roles – Advantage
  • SAP Knowledge – Advantage
  • Ability to participate in a course starting on July 21, 2024 (for 7 weeks).
