 As a CloudGuard Sales Specialist with Check Point, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth for Check Point’s latest cloud security technologies within an assigned geographic region. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter sales specialist, the “go to” resource for the field sales organization and customer interactions. You will be focused on developing, selling and closing revenue opportunities around Check Point’s Cloud Security products for both large and small customers.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Drive Cloud Revenue Growth in Japan: Lead the charge in developing and executing a winning cloud business plan for Japan, skyrocketing Check Point's presence in the regional market.
  • Own the Sales Cycle & Close Key Deals: Become the champion of closing high-impact deals, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to finalization. Craft winning strategies and secure long-term commitments from customers.
  • Be a Cloud Security Guru: Command good understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, VMware NSX and Cisco ACI.
  • Become a Partner Powerhouse: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, channel partners, alliances ( AWS, Microsoft etc. ) and distributors to enable a thriving CloudGuard ecosystem.
  • Shape the Cloud Security Landscape: Be a vocal advocate for Check Point's CloudGuard solutions. Deliver thought-provoking webinars, keynotes, and presentations, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and industry influencer.

 

Qualifications

What you bring to the table

 

  • Knowledge of, AWS, Azure, VMware, Open Stack and other cloud and security technologies – from a technology and a business driver standpoint. A proven track record in consultative selling.
  • 5+ years of cyber security or cloud technologies sales experience.
  • Self-motivated and 'Whatever it takes' attitude to assist in closing a deal and deliver above quota results.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop/execute corresponding objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communications, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Experience getting into and successfully interfacing with “C” levels.
  • Travel of 60%-80% within the designated region.
