  • Man the web-based chat
  • Manage lead process to turn over to the ISRs
  • Social selling e.g. LinkedIn
  • Salesforce Hygiene - track all lead activity, leads/campaigns and manager reports using
  • Understand HPE Portfolio

Day to Day Activities :

  • Introduce the Check Point portfolio to prospective customers
  • Build a book of leads that will convert into qualified opportunities
  • Respond to inbound calls, following up with leads generated by various marketing programs
  • Engage potential customers over web-based chat
  • Daily conversations with managers on call techniques
  • Weekly goal meetings around metrics
  • High volume of outbound calls to potential leads
