Responsibilities

We are looking for a 'Solution Manager' to manage requests for enhancement process to support sales organization

Major Responsibilities:

    • Analyzing and validating customer business and technical requests
    • Drive customer’s solutions, while emphasizing the best fit between the customer and Product Organization
    • Serving as a subject matter expert on Check Point’s main-train technologies
    • Drive R&D and QA resources to advocate for customer requests for product enhancements, based on business
    • Managing RFE release planning with R&D
    • Leading headquarter technical escalation for opportunities that require product specialization with senior managers
    • Visit customers and partners worldwide (~10% of time)
Desired Background
  • High level of familiarity with Check Point products
  • 3 to 7 years of experience working in the networking engineering or architecture - customer facing role an advantage.
  • Significant experience in Information Technology supporting development of complex projects involving significant infrastructure requirements.
  • Proven project / team / group / program management experience
