We are looking for a 'Solution Manager' to manage requests for enhancement process to support sales organization
- Analyzing and validating customer business and technical requests
- Drive customer’s solutions, while emphasizing the best fit between the customer and Product Organization
- Serving as a subject matter expert on Check Point’s main-train technologies
- Drive R&D and QA resources to advocate for customer requests for product enhancements, based on business
- Managing RFE release planning with R&D
- Leading headquarter technical escalation for opportunities that require product specialization with senior managers
- Visit customers and partners worldwide (~10% of time)
- High level of familiarity with Check Point products
- 3 to 7 years of experience working in the networking engineering or architecture - customer facing role an advantage.
- Significant experience in Information Technology supporting development of complex projects involving significant infrastructure requirements.
- Proven project / team / group / program management experience
