Your Impact & Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for the operations that enable predictability, scalability and efficiency of the marketing organization. You have the ability to operate and excel at the strategic as well as tactical levels.

Planning, Budgeting and Performance Management (Partnered with Finance)

  • Partner with Finance to ensure effective budget management and forecasting, and work with team leaders to ensure resource alignment to priority initiatives.
  • Define ‘metrics that matter’ and manage the process to package these measurements into dashboards and reports to measure performance of the marketing team.
  • Provide the Marketing leadership team with ongoing analysis for marketing investments, pipeline impact and goal setting.

Marketing Processes

  • Refine and streamline workflows both within marketing and cross-functionally
  • Drive strong sales and marketing alignment with initiatives and processes that support strong lead management, improved lead quality, enhanced data quality and tools and templates.

Marketing Database

  • Drive marketing database strategy: analyze gaps in our data, contact acquisition strategy, practices that ensure data quality and measure database health. Develop new ways to mine data to guide marketing investments

Your Knowledge & Skills

  • 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role, with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
  • Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail in execution.
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills and the ability to work with all levels of management and across multiple and varied functional teams from marketing, sales and IT
  • Expert in reporting in Salesforce and Tableau
  • Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
