We are looking for Associate Consultants who aspired to be a Professional Services Consultant In the IT and network security industry. There will be an intensive training program for to groom you to be future Professional Services Consultant.

All Professional Services Consultants requires a high level of expertise in Check Point software technologies products for on-premises deployment or in the Cloud. The consultant will be required to work on-site and remotely in the performance of their duties. The Professional Services consultant will implement Check Point technologies with a focus on maintaining the highest levels of integrity and Customer Satisfaction and is expected to maintain a professional, courteous and customer service-focused attitude always.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consulting large customers in product integration and design
  • Implementing, migrating, upgrading and optimizing Check Point’s high-end products in complex network environments
  • Developing Methods of procedures and low level designs to meet customers’ criteria
  • Help develop and execute test plans to validate configurations and new features before production deployment
  • Support troubleshooting of Check Point products and technologies when required
  • Assisting in customer production cutovers outside of office hours
  • Continuously grow your knowledge of Check Point technologies through training, mentoring and hands on project delivery
  • Working in collaboration with sales, R&D, TAC and other Check Point teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Act in the best interest of the company at all times

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of experience working with IP based networks, network design or IT/network security products
  • Good understanding of fundamental networking concepts such as routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs and TCP/IP
  • Solid grasp of basic cyber security principles and interest in developing deep expertise in this area
  • Good understanding of network infrastructure (routers, switches, load balancers) and security tools (firewalls, IPS, antivirus, application control) is preferred
  • Good Linux command line knowledge preferred
  • Basic command line knowledge of Linux  is an advantage

We are looking for people who have/are

  • Hands on experience with Check Point products is a plus but not required as we will provide full training and certification support
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Able to quickly understand technical concepts and adapt to changes
  • Able to translate difficult technical concepts to understandable format for non-technical persons (both written and spoken)

Note: During the training period, you are required to be onsite

  • Team player who is customer focused, reliable and eager to grow in a collaborative global environment
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with a global team
