Why Join Us?

We’re looking for an experienced Agile leader (RTE-like) to join our Release Operations & PMO Group and support Check Point’s ongoing Agile transformation. In this role, you’ll lead Agile planning and execution across one or more critical Areas, while helping teams strengthen their delivery practices. You’ll play a key part in enabling scalable and predictable value delivery. Success in this role requires hands-on experience in Agile at scale, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to bring structure, alignment, and continuous improvement across multiple teams.

In this position, you will work closely with Area Managers, Product Management, Team Leads, and team members to strengthen Agile ways of working, improve delivery flow, and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency. You bring several years of experience operating in an Agile environment at scale, with a proven track record of leading teams or programs, and contributing to the planning and delivery of business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Area adheres to Agile principles and organizational guidelines
  • Lead all major Agile events - including Quarterly Planning (PIP), Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Demos, Backlog refinement, Inspect & Adapt
  • Align planning layers - Yearly, Quarterly, and Sprint - while managing dependencies and ensuring stakeholder commitment
  • Maintain full visibility in Jira across all planning and execution levels
  • Use AI-based tools (e.g., copilots) to support Scrum Masters and identify areas for improvement
  • Proactively raise flags on risks and delays, and work cross-functionally to resolve them
  • Collaborate with Product Management on new initiatives, while keeping progress aligned with the plan
  • Track and monitor Agile KPIs to drive actionable improvements
  • Run Agile workshops and training sessions when needed to uplift knowledge and practices
  • Stay up to date with best practices and methodologies, both within the organization and the broader industry

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a RTE or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in a scaled Agile environment as a senior Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile delivery lead
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles, with the ability to adapt theory to real-world constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate large-scale planning and execution, managing dependencies, schedules, and coordination across multiple delivery teams
  • Familiarity with using AI-based tools to analyze Agile performance and support continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — from engineers to executives
  • Proficient in Agile tools, especially Jira (preferred)
  • Hands-on understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices is a strong advantage
