Key Responsibilities

Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with customers to develop tailored plans for optimal value extraction from Check Point’s technologies.

Technical Guidance: Serve as the pivotal technical contact, offering guidance grounded in best practices and aligning recommendations meticulously with organizational needs.

Customer Advocacy: Act as a consistent advocate for customers, facilitating internal discussions with support teams to ensure comprehensive issue resolutions.

Specialized Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in Check Point and Cyber Security domains to provide in-depth knowledge and infuse specialized expertise.

Customized Solutions: Understand clients' needs, environments, and goals, customizing roadmaps for their success.

Proactive Optimization: Proactively assess the status of clients' Check Point environments, anticipate problems, and recommend changes to optimize configurations.

Knowledge Sharing: Organize knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to increase clients' IT staff's knowledge and support capabilities.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Check Point or Cyber Security domains, including security engineering/sales engineering.

Effective communication & collaboration skills.

Customer-focused with strong advocacy abilities.

Strong analytical thinking and goal-oriented approach, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams.

Experience in organizing training sessions and workshops.
