Strategic Leadership

• Identify and lead strategic projects to enhance Cyberint’s platform scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for critical infrastructure and DevOps initiatives that drive business success.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align projects with organizational priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

System Reliability & Uptime

• Lead initiatives to ensure system reliability, minimize disruptions, and maintain high availability for Cyberint’s SaaS platform.
• Establish and manage proactive monitoring, alerting, and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Drive incident prevention efforts, ensuring robust failover and disaster recovery mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain playbooks to enable rapid diagnosis and resolution of issues.

Automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), & Self-Service Enablement

• Champion the adoption of automation and IaC to streamline infrastructure management and deployments.
• Build and enhance self-service tools and frameworks, empowering R&D teams to operate independently with minimal reliance on DevOps.
• Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to optimize deployment speed and reliability.

Collaboration & Support for Self-Sufficiency

• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and support teams to deliver tools and frameworks that promote team autonomy and efficiency.
• Advocate for cross-functional engagement to align operational processes with R&D objectives.
• Provide training and mentorship to teams on using DevOps tools effectively.

Accountability, Ownership, & Scalability

• Take ownership of all systems and infrastructure, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with Cyberint’s growth objectives.
• Establish clear accountability frameworks for maintaining infrastructure and delivering on key projects.
• Design and execute a roadmap to support self-service-oriented and scalable solutions.

• Define and own product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering teams to drive execution and delivery.
• Gather customer and internal feedback to refine features and workflows.
• Support roadmap planning with data-driven insights and competitive research.
• Collaborate with Threat Intelligence, SOC, and Research teams to incorporate analyst needs.

• Learning the customer needs and PIRs, configuring their tailored environments in the ERM intelligence platform and supporting the customers with tuning/training throughout engagement
• Monitoring and analyzing threats targeting customers, or issues in their digital exposure, in order to produce actionable intelligence alerts and reports.
• Investigating intelligence sources, threat actors, attack tools and techniques
• Identifying and developing ERM data sources to collect the most relevant intelligence (darknet, forums, social media, marketplaces, etc.) as well as creating and maintaining avatars on these.
• Developing the proprietary intelligence platform by surfacing new modules, capabilities and features
• Joining meetings with prospects and clients to present deliverables.
• Drive cooperation & feedback loops with other ERM teams

• Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of Tier 1 - Tier 3 Technical Support Engineers
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and productivity of the team and provide feedback and guidance
• Handle escalated technical issues on complex systems and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
• Establish and maintain best practices and procedures for technical support
• Take an active role in continuously improving our product by interacting directly with our customers and our Developers & Cyber Teams, to make sure our company meets its ambitious goals.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
