Responsibilities

We are searching for a Renewals Business Team Leader to be responsible for: 

  • Direct management responsibilities which includes:
  • Primary objective is to maximize services and support revenue from existing customers base while driving upsells during periodic account reviews
    • Successfully drive team to consistently meet and exceed quota goals and performance objectives through 1:1 coaching
    • Frequently assist team on sales calls as a “player coach”
    • Ensure optimal productivity requirements are met through weekly activity and pipeline reviews
    • Develop and build career path for the team members and maintain high motivation within the team
  • Support channel partners by facilitating training opportunities & collaboration to drive services revenue growth
  • Generate demand for and increase services revenue across our portfolio with emphasis on emerging products
  • Execute a consistent sales methodology and deliver highly accurate forecasts
  • Work with Account Managers, partners and customers to ensure 100% renewal rate

 

 

Desired Background
  • Managerial Experience (Sales or Service)
  • Experience in existing customers sales through Channels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to manage time and produce results- A proven track record of success is critical

  • Native English Speaker
