Position Title:
Technical Support Engineer
Tel-Aviv, Israel
Technical Services

  • Provide Technical Support via chat, phone and email to customers and partners
  • Provide assistance with configuration, troubleshooting and best practices to customers and partners
  • Managing support service requests to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow up are done in a timely manner.
  • Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
Desired Background
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Required experience with TCP/IP
  • Experience in Routing & Switching (OSPF / BGP / VLAN)
  • Experience with Security (IPSEC / SSL-VPN / NAT )
  • Experience with  Cisco, Fortinet products a plus
  • Experience with Authentication Protocols (Radius / TACACS) a plus
  • Former support experience in an IT/Security company a plus
  • Strong ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unique networks with mixed media and protocols required
