- Supporting the corporate commission plan (including individual sales employees target setting, monitoring and support to sales representatives).
- Monitor assignment request processes as part of the commission team, providing timely solutions to the field and the corporate levels.
- Being responsible for the financial ‘checks and balances’ of the approved quota/target changes by the field.
- Support payroll department with various tasks
- BA in Economics, Industrial engineering or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in an international company - advantage
- Exceptional Excel skills and MS Office Applications (SAP skills advantage)
