Responsibilities
  • Engaging with Field Sales team after an order is placed and document the customer’s details
  • Establishing a trustworthy relationship with the customer based on knowledge
  • Educating customers on how to onboard devices to their new environment
  • Provide support for basic issues, and escalate to TAC all other issues
  • Providing additional training as needed to customers
  • Liaise with Customer Reference team once the customer is successfully on-boarded

  • Travel required - ~50% at peak periods
