- Engaging with Field Sales team after an order is placed and document the customer’s details
- Establishing a trustworthy relationship with the customer based on knowledge
- Educating customers on how to onboard devices to their new environment
- Provide support for basic issues, and escalate to Technical Support all other issues.
- Providing additional training as needed to customers
- Liaise with Customer Reference team once the customer is successfully on-boarded
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Enthusiastic team player with a passion for technology and customer service
- Solution-minded professional with a drive to deliver value to demanding customers
- Very personable and can establish a rapport with a customer over the phone and email
- High Tech markets knowledge and interest
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages – an advantage)
- Prepared to contact customers directly by phone and email
- Persistent and goal-focused
- Candidate must have a strong sense of professionalism
- Travel required - ~50% at peak periods
